Abstract

The conditions and modern tendencies of the information society development, as well as the key problems of implementation of information and communication technologies in the domestic education, which require urgent solution, are considered. The priorities, technological principles of information and educational environment construction are singled out. The urgent tasks of the development of computer-oriented educational systems, the creation and use of electronic educational resources, in particular the electronic textbook, creation of the environment for ongoing development of the ICT competence of the educational process subjects, the carrying out of pedagogical researches on informatization of education are determined
