Abstract
The article announced about the modification person’s needs connected with education getting that leads to finding new and optimizing traditional forms of learning on the bases of innovative tools and resources using offered by information and communication environment. It was found that the organization basis of the qualitative process of professional training of future qualified workers is the teachers’ readiness level for effective use of distance learning technologies. Also it was found that the preparedness of teachers to the introduction of distance education for learning skilled workers is realizing through the plane of implicational links between principles and innovative approaches of the educational sector (psycho-pedagogical principles, ideas of acmeological, person-oriented, activity, competence approaches). In article it was substantiated the notion of "willingness" as synonym of competence, announced about their differences according to innovative changes in education and the actual society needs; proven continuity in the development of teachers readiness for implementation of distance education resources in the training of qualified workers. The characteristic benefits of distance learning in the context of educational trends on: building a new generation of teaching staff, the introduction of mixed (hybrid) study through partnerships teacher interaction, improving communication and procedural part of the educational process, development of descriptors integrated competence of future professionals meet their own path of professional development both teachers and students. Outlined a number of problems that occur in the pedagogical practices of vocational schools teachers on the implementation of distance learning technologies in the process of skilled workers training. Theoretically identified components of readiness vocation school teachers for the introduction of distance education for skilled workers. These components are motivational intergrity, cognitive, operational and active and reflective-evaluative. Investigated concepts specified in the following aspects: vocational school teachers willingness for the introduction of distance education of qualified workers are: personal and professional formation, dynamic according to progressive development of information and communication environment (electronic systems, means of education and informational computer technology); constantly improving individually and in teaching interaction, thereby increasing motivation to have professional knowledge and skills needed to perform technological operations in electronic space; forming capacity for reflection, self-analysis based on awareness of personal and social significance of the results; manifested in the pedagogical activities of complex components (valuable motivational, cognitive, operational and active, reflective, evaluative) functions through the implementation of distance education (organizational, teaching and learning, communicational and diagnostical); promotes effective combination of traditional and innovative forms of education for achieving educational goals by teachers in the training of future qualified workers.
