Abstract

Thesis for the Candidate Degree of Pedagogical Sciences in specialty 13.00.04 – Theory and Methods of Vocational Тraining. – Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy, Kharkiv, 2017. The thesis is a theoretical and experimental study of formation of future accounting clerks’ professional competence in accounting data registration on the basis on the provisions of the systems, of the competency based, of the technological, of the adaptive, of the diagnostic approaches in the vocational training process. The study is the first attempt to analyse the structural and semantic aspects of the content of the basic concept of «accounting clerks’ professional competence in accounting data registration». The professional competence is an integrative entity that combines professional knowledge, skills, experience in accounting and professional qualities of a skilled worker in accounting, which enable fulfilment of professional functions with the application of an accountancy technology and specialized software; the content and the set of criteria and indicators of formation level evaluation were defined and pedagogical conditions were justified and verified by experiment (future accounting clerks professional training process modelling, motivation of future accounting clerks in accounting data registration to master their profession, creation of information educational environment to form professional competence of future accounting clerks in accounting data registration based on information and libraring as well as information communication support; introduction of the pedagogical technology of forming professional competence of future accounting clerks in accounting data registration on the adaptive basis). The methodological recommendations for the teaching staff with the purpose of formation of professional competence of future accounting clerks in registration of accounting data were prepared and introduced into the job training process at vocational schools in Ukraine.
