Abstract
There was analyzed the state of the use of distance learning by teachers of vocational and technical educational institution in the process of professional training of skilled workers. Almost half of the interviewed teachers occasionally use or try to use distance learning. According to the results of the SPOT-problem-reserve analysis of the use of distance learning technologies of training of skilled workers in vocational and technical educational institution, it is detected the interest of teachers in the implementation of active methods with the using of various cloud services and distance learning platforms. The theoretical analysis of scientific achievements of domestic and foreign authors and pedagogical experience is carried out, the results of which outlined the most appropriate for use in the system of vocational - professional education. The article focuses on different approaches to the classification of active teaching methods in the theory of professional pedagogy, adaptation of which has a place in educational institutions now; stresses the specificity of these methods - compulsory consideration of the features of distance learning, complex use of both pedagogical and organizational means. Examples of using different active methods in vocational education in distance learning are given: problem lecture, heuristic conversation, search laboratory work, solution of situational tasks, collective and group training, situational simulation, project method, business game and more. The author pays special attention to the necessity of training teachers to use active methods of teaching in distance vocational education, as the professionalism of the teacher is a prerequisite for the competent development of active teaching methods and the provision of the expected result.
