Abstract

Thesis for the Candidate Degree in Pedagogical Sciences, specialty 13.00.04 –Theory and Methods of Professional Education. –SHEE «Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi Hryhorii Skovoroda State Pedagogical University», Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi, 2016.The thesis is devoted to the problems of training teaching staff on the basis of open education and distance learning.In the dissertation theoretical, methodological and legal bases of training teaching staff for distance (blended) learning. The current state and problems of practical implementation of distance learning in the educational process of higher educational institutions of postgraduate education.The scientific and methodological foundations of training teaching staff by distance (blended) learning, whose structure includes conceptual basis of distance education in postgraduate teacher education; model training teaching staff on the basis of distance (blended) form of education and credit-modular system of educational process step by step algorithm and its implementation in the educational process of higher educational institution of postgraduate education. Done innovative approach to (the creation and implementation of their own cognitive trajectory of each student) and provision of independent work of students (using cloud technology based services Google Apps for Education) on the remote stage blended forms of training.
