Abstract
Wide implementation and use of ICT promotes updating of educational models, development of education on the principles of openness, accessibility, personal orientation, social justice and equal opportunities for all population categories, including children with special needs. In order to create a truly open educational environment, it is necessary to involve technologies that would allow remote operation with all necessary data. The article presents an analysis of foreign experience of using cloud technologies in inclusive education, organization of education of children with special needs. Examples of such countries as Great Britain (Northern Ireland, Scotland), Canada, Malaysia, USA show that the characteristics of cloud technologies allow to accumulate, store, share and work with various didactic materials in an acceptable format, allows children with special needs to overcome barriers to education, demonstrate learning results in a convenient way, be successful.
