Abstract
The aim of the article lays in the implementation of electronic systems of open access in the higher education institutions. It is expedient to use the electronic open access systems to train students in order to attract them to research, to create conditions for more qualitative execution of qualifying projects, and provide them with relevant scientific information. The study identifies the main types of open access electronic systems that can be used for the professional training of future programmers: the electronic libraries and repositories of higher education institutions and research institutions; International open-access science-computer databases; Systems for holding educational conferences; Network services and portals; Electronic databases and reference resources; Electronic social networks; System of checking work on plagiarism; Electronic publications on the platforms like OJS. The author proposes the methods of using Google Scholary scienceresearch platform and electronic library systems in the learning process.
