Abstract
The monograph reveals ethical and aesthetic factors in the development of professional skills of teachers of higher pedagogical educational institutions in the context of current reform priorities of art and pedagogical education. We described theoretical aspects of the problem and analyzed the historical experience of the development of professional skills of teachers based on ethical and aesthetic principles. It is recommended for teachers and students of art and humanitarian faculties in higher pedagogical educational institutions and classical universities, postgraduate students, doctoral students, teachers of secondary and specialized art educational institutions and all those interested in problems of modern art education.
