Abstract

The author focuses on the problem of increased vulnerability of the modern young generation, conditioned by certain factors, in particular, by various forms of dependence, including the use of alcohol. The presented theses stress the need for preventive work with adolescents, especially vulnerable categories, and the role of non-govermental organizations in this process.
