Abstract

Literature review on the gener al guidelines of psychological aid to different categories of war victims is presented. The significance of a dialogue in communication with the citizens of Ukraine directly as well as via the printed media is emphasized. The paper defines the peculiarities and prospects of remote dialogue communication as a part of communicative culture in the recovery and development of a personality in crisis.
