Abstract
The picture as a method for the development of personal resources is used in various therapeutic approaches. It is most used in Gestalt psychology, because it is based on visual perception. The principles of Gestalt psychology are based on the organization of the visual perception of personality. In the notion of "gestalt" the meaning of "image" is laid, first of all, a visual image.
