Abstract

The article deals with influence of hardiness of people with disabilities to vocational rehabilitation and motives influence on career choices and analyzed changes in people's lives after vocational rehabilitation. Presented results of research that reveal the motives of participation in vocational rehabilitation of the disabled. The vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities is a multifield and is: vocational rehabilitation, vocational training and retraining, the organization of work disabilities, adapting to a new life, the ability to mastery. Determined life goals of people with disabilities on vocational rehabilitation. It was concluded that people with disabilities who received comprehensive vocational guidance examination and received objective conclusions and recommendation, recommendations for vocational training much more successful mastering a profession easier adapt the learning process and life stress, and grow qualified specialists able to compete in the modern market work. Analyzed that the livelihoods of many aspects and includes unlimited wide range of functions. Therefore, as was observed, more attention should be given to the development of skills: possession of an orientation, communication, control of behavior, movement, learning ability and work, affecting the viability of the individual. It's revealed that the hardiness is manifested the main personal variable that mediates the influence of stressful factors to physical and mental health as well as the success of activities.
