Abstract

The Ukrainian index of scientific citation is a technological complex for monitoring of subjects of scientific activity of Ukraine. The project is implemented on request and with financial support from the State Agency for Science, Innovation and Informatization of Ukraine. The project executor is the Association of Users of Ukrainian Scientific and Educational Telecommunication Network "URAN". The task of the system is to provide collection, processing and access to data on the activity of individual and collective subjects of scientific activity of Ukraine on the indicators of a number of science-computer databases. The main function of the Ukrainian index of scientific citation is to provide an opportunity to analyze the general trends in the development of the scientific complex of Ukraine, the role and place of individual scientists and institutions in the development of national scientific schools.
