Abstract

The research demonstrates the possibilities of using social networks by teachers of natural and mathematical disciplines in the context of their professional development. The selection of social tools recommended for use in the educational process is being carried out. The active forms of studying the course "Mathematical Foundations of Informatics", including using social networks, are substantiated.
