Abstract

The process of formation, the development of abilities, which is a guarantee of mental health, personal and social progress, begins with an early childhood. Abilities are clearly manifested in childhood and gradually evolve in the process of specially organized education and upbringing. The construction of a model, a design scheme of development, support for the development of abilities and awareness of adults educating children, will accelerate the success of the growth of abilities, the formation of a creative, harmonious person.
