Abstract
Analytical bibliographic description of the publication of teaching staff of the department of philosophy and adult education TSIPPO SHEE "University Education Management" of the research topic "Professional development of specialists in the system of adult education: history, theory, technology," concluded according to the needs of international exchange of bibliographic information and automation of information and bibliographic processes. The main task of bibliographic description: strengthening information and networking of various business units, departments TSIPPO, universities, OIPPO, teaching services at all levels to carry out scientific and pedagogical, organizational, methodological, information and communication support professional development of research and teaching, teaching staff in educational models courses and mizhkursovoho period as a single andragogical cycle; popularization of scientific ideas, marketing knowledge and educational services; organization of scientific and methodological polylogue between all actors and more. The proposed bibliographic description performs functions such as identification, search, information, organizational, accounting and registration, etc., and meets the requirements vzayemopovyazanym accuracy, completeness, unity, clarity, scientific. Bibliographic description consists of two sections: the first section-electronic bibliography (on-laynhrafiyu) that contains the published scientific employee of the department, located in the open information access electronic resources of local and remote access, second section - the publication made to base single state electronic database on education. For scientists, employees of higher educational institutions, organizers of postgraduate education, training courses teaching staff, heads of secondary schools and institutions of secondary education, teaching services at all levels, as well as all those interested in the modernization of the national system of postgraduate education.
