Abstract

Deals with the topical issue of modern scientific policy - optimization of the basic and applied research in the whole process of scientific knowledge. The methodological principles of interaction between basic and applied science. Defined features inherent scientific pedagogical theory. Solved tasks are achieved using fundamental educational research, including improvements transformation modeling. It is noted that the results of fundamental educational research can not be judged by the criteria of scientific objectivity and used for evaluation of the results of basic natural science research. The characteristic most important task of basic research in didactics in the short term and directions in the theory of education. The problem of funding of basic research and their teaching effectiveness.
