Abstract

The monograph deals with current approaches to modeling and managing complex social and humanitarian systems. It is shown that complexity theory can serve as a natural paradigm for creation of reliable methods and productive models. The authors emphasize the fact that towards a new education system Ukraine should encourage the development of innovative educational technology component.
