Abstract
The rapid introduction of electronic educational resources in the educational process of primary school caused the need to find ways of evaluating its effectiveness. The article proposes the original factor-criteria model of evaluation of the educational process with the use of electronic educational resources in primary school. The model takes into account three grounded factors: organizational, content and methodical, each of which has certain criteria for quality assessment. The assessment of each criterion is multiplied by the ranking criterion’s coefficient, which takes into account the importance of this criterion. The study was carried out using the methods of systematization of indicators and criteria of the efficiency of educational process, monitoring the educational process, mathematical modeling. The proposed factor-criteria model allows conducting ongoing evaluation of the learning process and taking a quick decision on its improvement.
