Abstract

The Collection of articles is devoted toactual problemsof forming a personality of a specialist. Identifiedmodern methodological approaches to the study of professional identity, authenticity (including authentic leadership) and emotional burnout of the different specialtiesprofessionals. The article gives a detailed analysis ofcurrent trends in theoretical and empirical studies of personality professional.The fact that there is athe need to take account of international experience in the organization of national research on the same issueis stressed.
