Abstract
The basis of the curriculum "Steps to informatics" for the blind and children with visual impairments assigned the relevant educational curricula of many schools. Remained virtually unchanged as proposed in this program the contents of educational material the state requirements to the level of General education of the student, since students with visual impairments should receive zenzui level of education. However, the realisation the programme content and the achievement level of the state requirements of primary school pupils with impaired vision accompanied by a number of difficulties associated primarily with disabilities visual perception of these children. This, in turn, necessitates the use of specific instructional techniques of presentation of a learning material, especially for blind children, because of the impossibility of visual control of performed actions with the computer.
