Abstract

The present article deals with the significant problem of the historical and methodological investigations for school literature education modernization. Scientific directions of Ukrainian literature teaching methodology in Schools at the end of 40th-50th, 20 century have been considered. The author made attempt to scientifically justify the methodical concepts and ideas of scientists-teachers such as P.K. Volynskyi, T.F. Buhaiko and F.F. Buhaiko on the basis of works of domestic scientists critical analysis. It is shows intransitiveness of the main trends of Ukrainian literature methodology development.
