Abstract

At the present stage of development of education and science are widely used scientometric database to determine performance ratings and citations of scientists. Automating this process provides for a scientific journal freely available online in electronic form, then the system automatically Google Scholar indexes it using online tools to track citations and ranks in his scientometric base.
