Abstract
The article deals with the pedagogues professional autonomy as a problem of professional pedagogy. It especially focuses on officers’ professional autonomy as an integral professionally significant quality based on positive self-attitude , reflection, self-reflection, recognition of actively transforming purposeful opportunities for self actualization in the professional sphere. It defines skills to self determination, self organization, self-regulation of professional activeness according to the external and internal criteria of effectiveness and purposefulness in the situations which, on the one hand, envisage certain freedom of actions choice, and, on the other hand, direct personal responsibility for the results of one’s own activity as an actor of professional activity. The main manifestations of the pedagogues as an actor of professional activity are such qualities as autonomy, responsibility, reflectiveness, integrity, creativity, self-value, actor’s activeness which are characterized by awareness, spontaneity, selectiveness, adequacy, productiveness, timeliness, intra- and inter individual directionality, inclusiveness and autonomous conditionality of behavior, communication, and – most important –professional activity.
