Abstract
The monograph deals with scientific and methodological aspects of designing modern social and information systems for development of gifted children, able to create a strong foundation for research and support of creative and intellectual potential of gifted children. It works out the conceptual model of social information system, observes mechanisms of interaction between all actors of the educational process, defines and justifies the Copyright recommendations for the establishment, maintenance and development of such systems. Those systems help to improve the process of organization and coordination of methodical teaching staff associations, including within their own Internet resources. For scientists, teachers, educators and child psychologists dealing with the development of information and cultural competence of a gifted child.
