Abstract
The methodical study, referring to the information material-and-technical conditions of educational process implementation, offers techniques, teaching methods, forms and programming algorithms for the development of gifted adolescents. The proposed guidelines outline general principles and requirements for the formation of programs of giftedness development by means of information technologies. They include psychological advice on the implementation of the educational process with gifted adolescents in the Internet environment, offering examples of collective and individual strategies of gifted adolescents through the implementation of programs by means of information technology. For teachers of secondary schools and professionals working with gifted children in extracurricular educational institutions.
