Abstract
The authors present the results of their empirical research on secondary school teaching staff’s social frustration. It was found that secondary school teaching staff's social frustration, especially in social and economic life, was at high levels and such a progressive type of organizational culture as person culture was poorly present in secondary schools. Task culture and person culture were shown to have statistically significant negative relationships with the general index of teaching staff's social frustration: as the levels of these types of organizational culture increased, the levels of the respondents' social frustration decreased. Besides, person culture and task culture of secondary educational institutions had statistically significant negative relationships with teaching staff's social frustration: as the levels of these cultures grew, the levels of the teaching staff's social frustration reduced. However, the investigation did not find any statistically significant relationships between the secondary school teaching staff’s social frustration that related to the respondents' socio-economic and interpersonal aspects of life and organizational culture types.
