Abstract

The speech marked - to promote the formation of teachers' competence in information and communication technology increases the information culture, ensuring further improvement of their professional skills, in general, increases the effectiveness of the educational process, creates favorable conditions for access to quality education for broad sections of the population and training of youth to life in the information society.
