Abstract
The interpretation of self-designing as a building process of one's own identity is proposed. It is based on the in¬terpretation and understanding of the personal, social and cultural experience, cultural assimilation schemes that define self-organization. Self-design is realized by means of discursive practices, involving the creation of one's own disci sive projects as an important factor of personal development. The main types of discursive practices are the practice interpreting, understanding, self-transformation of the individual text. The personal project is presented as a meaning! version of the human being, to a large extent based on the process of assimilation of social and cultural discourses d fining behavior scenarios and the main development vectors of the individual. Self-design is aimed at creating ide models of personality itself. The main discursive models are personal projects as the creation of narrative design of thе own ideal history and thesaurus as the creation of an ideal unique world picture of personality. The main types of pеr sonal projects are socially oriented, based on the accepted in the society samples and standards; personality-oriente based on the processes of self-interpretation and self-understanding and defining the development and personal tran formation vector; alternative, involving the creation of the desired design of oneself.
