Abstract
Development of methodical system of teaching any subject is mainly due to changes in its components: objectives, content, methods, means and forms of education. Systematic communication components methodical system provides the effect that when you change any component changes, and all the others. However, these changes are not uniform: the methodical allocation as part of educational system of two subsystems (tsilezmistovoyi and technology) primarily due to closer ties between their components. Choosing which of these subsystems is dominant, to some extent determines specialty if tsilezmistova, it 13.00.02 - theory and methodology when technology, it 13.00.10 - ICT in education.
