Abstract

The transition from industrial to post-industrial civilization, which started in the last decade, resulting in higher naukomistkosti production, introduction of non-waste technologies, miniaturization (down to the nanoscale) and humanizing technology. As the O.V. Sergeev, "... the latter is manifested in the structure and the nature of its use; increased production of vehicles intended for human needs, to make work more creative nature. " Formation of the Information Society, which accompanies this process leads to internationalization and decentralization of production, creation of distributed production structures.
