Abstract

The main problem of teaching as school and university computer science courses is the lack of reference manuals and literature. The library of the institution can not provide pupils and students with the necessary information, which is also scattered in various publications (mostly technical direction), which are not correspond to the specifics of teaching science in school and Technicalities.
