Abstract

It is well known that the creators, as well as the intellectuals are not born. The result depends on the environment provides opportunities for the realization of the pledged genetic potential. Citing M. Ferguson, Jean Godefroy on this occasion said that creativity is not created and released. However, a practical solution to the problem of creative abilities in contact with a number of serious theoretical difficulties.
