Abstract
The research deals with the problem of the development and maintaining of information and communication technology learning tools used in learning of mathematics of future engineers in the U.S. We characterize the nature of convergence trends information system of higher engineering education with its other U.S. trends; defined the main historical and pedagogical stages of development of the theory and methods of use of information and communication technology in teaching higher mathematics engineering students in the U.S.; the analysis of available information and communication technology learning tools of mathematics, developers who have our scientists; reasonable possibility of using U.S. experience to improve the learning process of higher mathematics in technical universities in Ukraine; developed scheme using information and communication technology in learning higher mathematics engineering students in Ukraine; offered a special course «Information and communication technology learning tools in learning mathematics engineering students» for the increasing qualifications of teachers mathematical disciplines technical universities and training of masters of mathematics.
