Abstract

In the post-industrial era that occurred, the information technology industry organically entered into all spheres of human activity. Information technologies have not only use, but also to live, cooperate and compete with them. "However, under information technology means a series metol and technical means for collecting, organizing, storing, processing, transmission and presentation of information that expands knowledge of people and developing their capabilities in management of technical and social processes."
