Abstract
The aim of the article is to identify the main features of the corporate e-social network (CESN) Yammer in the work of a class teacher of comprehensive secondary school. The main methods of investigation are of investigation is to summarize data on the use of social networks for the organization of the educational process. We used the theoretical research methods: analysis of global and domestic pedagogical experience in the use of electronic social networking in education; synthesis, generalization and conceptualization for the formulation of the main provisions of research and empirical: interviews with teachers and students; direct, indirect observation of the process of using CESN by a class teacher; the method of semantic differential to determine the attitude of high school teachers to CESN Yammer. In the article we summarize the main objectives of educational activities of the class teacher (training of labor, moral and strong-willed qualities of pupils, forming the basis of a healthy lifestyle, a prevention of aggressive behavior in the school environment, upbringing of instilling in students' ability to deal with their own shortcomings, assistance in the comprehensive development). It was grounded the main activities of the class teacher in the corporate e-social network Yammer with the purpose of realization of upbringing process: collective planning school activities; placing ads both for the parents and for the students; carrying out of blitz surveys on various subjects; discussion of events taking place in the classroom and outside it; carrying out of periodic monitoring of senior students’ communication in the network in order to identify the manifestations of aggression among them, ascertain the condition of a psychological climate of a class, identifying violence, elements of bullying, cyberbullying. The class teacher can perform a compilation and synthesis of various information data; carry out personal contact both with individual students and their parents with the help of instant messages; have online class meetings; place various materials with the aim of presenting a class action. It was found that the use of Yammer CESN, makes it possible to increase the students' linguistic culture, communication culture with the help of ICT, the effectiveness of the organizational, educational and social work of a class teacher of comprehensive secondary school. Further studies will be used to determine the characteristics of the use of Yammer CESN by a school psychologist
