Abstract
The monograph is devoted to the problems of creation of ICT-based tools for informatization of educational system. Scientific and methodological principles of creation of information and communication learning technologies, based on studies of educational system of Ukraine as an object of informatization are considered. The most important parameters of the system of education, describing it as an object of informatization such as system structure and main activity types are investigated. These studies are necessary to create common tools and information systems to be effective not only for some specific object or activity, but also for educational system as a whole. Other factors that significantly affect determination of parameters of ICT-based tools required for informatization of system of education are considered. The book is intended for developers of educational policies and ICT-based tools, scholars, teachers and university students, graduate students.
