Abstract

The article highlights the promising ways of the high-tech educational and research environment of the educational institutions creating due to the latest trends in ICT development. The problems of improving the quality and accessibility of education using innovative ICT, in particular, on the basis of cloud computing conception are considered. The research areas for quality of electronic educational resources and services improvement in the cloud-based educational and research environment are outlined.
