Abstract
The article draws attention to an important strategic component of research and training teachers - his world as a system of generalized value-orientation knowledge. Exposed external (translational, integration, didactic, ontological) and internal (axiological, epistemological, cognitive, activity, transforming) the possibility of the dominant ideological component kinds of teacher experience in solving the problems of his scientific training.
