Abstract
The article shows one of the possible ways of applying and testing pedagogical conditions grounded in scientific and pedagogical research. The author states that it is possible to emphasise specific pedagogical conditions only after a deep theoretical and methodological analysis of the educational system and the scientific and methodical search, aimed at its improvement and intensification of the educational process. Scientifically proven pedagogical conditions are realized in the course of testing developed educational models, methods and technologies, introduction of specially designed pedagogical innovations, implementation of experimental psychological and educational research, pilot projects in the field of education, etc. The success of their implementation depends on how these conditions are clear for teachers-practitioners and specific and suitable for implementation in daily work. The author considers it expedient to carry out qualimetry of the educational process in which the pedagogical conditions are factors, and their specification is criteria of proposed innovations. As an example, the article presents a factor-criterion qualimetry of informatization of the educational process in vocational school. Direction and teaching staff clearly see which parts of the pedagogical conditions of informatization “fail” in their establishment after completing qualimetry. With the help of such qualimetry they can examine the change of the state of informatization of educational institutions, assess the level of a particular institution in the space of information on the basis of the formal parameters; fix changes of its state over the time, determine the next course of development. This concerns to the full extent other educational innovations as well. Therewith information and education environment should be considered as complex of pedagogical conditions that allow optimizing the process of interaction and mutual influence in the pedagogical system.
