Abstract

Based on findings of an empirical investigation the author analyzes in detail new trends in organizational development of higher educational institutions regarding contents and organization of training, methodical, material and organizational foundations of activity of higher educational institutions as well as distinctive features of teaching staff’s and departments’ work and students professional development.
