Abstract

A model of person’s learning motivation as a self-determined phenomenon is proposed, its basis vectors are need for self-realization, self-attitude and prospects of a professional future. The empirical research supports the presented structure and dynamics of systemic leveled organization of students’ learning motivation and discloses learning motivation as a holistic and synergistic phenomenon.
