Abstract
The monograph discusses the important issue of modern psychology - learning motivation of future specialists that is examined in line with the systemic and synergetic approach. Systemic leveled organization of learning motivation is substantiated and methodological support for its diagnosis and optimization is presented. The structure and dynamics of the systemic leveled organization of students’ learning motivation are defined under our empirical research are presented together with empirical disclosure of learning motivation as a holistic and synergetic phenomenon. The presented results form the basis of an author's model of self-motivation development and professional formation of future specialist. The book would be of interest for researchers studying motivation, applied psychologists, university lecturers and managers, post-graduate students.
