Abstract

Dissertation for Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Degree awarding on the speciality 13.00.10 – information and communication technologies in education. – Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAPS of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2014. The research deals with the problem of the development and maintaining of in-formation and communication technology learning tools used in learning of mathe-matics of future engineers in the U.S. We characterize the nature of convergence trends information system of higher engineering education with its other U.S. trends; defined the main historical and pedagogical stages of development of the theory and methods of use of information and communication technology in teaching higher mathematics engineering students in the U.S.; the analysis of available information and communication technology learning tools of mathematics, developers who have our scientists; reasonable possibility of using U.S. experience to improve the learning process of higher mathematics in technical universities in Ukraine; developed scheme using information and communication technology in learning higher mathematics engineering students in Ukraine; offered a special course «Information and commu-nication technology learning tools in learning mathematics engineering students» for the increasing qualifications of teachers mathematical disciplines technical universities and training of masters of mathematics.
