Abstract

The article analyzes the results of the empirical investigation of educational organization managers’ innovativeness (an individual’s preparedness to introduce innovations, make transformations) which is considered to be a businessman’s leading psychological characteristic. The author gives much attention to correlations between levels of managers’ preparedness for innovations and (1) levels of educational organizations’ development as well as (2) managers’ gender, age and overall length of work.
