Abstract

The article presents three groups of instruments to diagnose psychological determinants of organizational culture development in educational organizations. The first group includes the instruments to study the structural components and types of organizational culture. The second group is made up of the instruments to study the key meso-level determinants of organizational culture (organizational, professional and psychological), and the third group comprises the instruments to diagnose the micro-level determinants (organizational, professional, socio-demographic, and psychological).
