Abstract
Extracurricular Education is an important component of continuing education throughout the world. For example, the Council on Education of the EU in 2004 adopted a definition of non-formal and pozaformalnoho training as well as common European principles for recognition. In 2006 he was made a 5-year period to complete the development and implementation of this system in determining human skills [7]. In Europe, education has three main components - formal, informal and pozaformalnyy. Each component has its own characteristics.
