Abstract
The course of informatics as a compulsory subject is introduced in the curriculum of secondary schools and higher educational institutions more than two decades ago. During this period there have been considerable advances in the development of informatics methodical systems in schools and educational institutions. First of all, the emphasis in the content of education in shaping the priorities of knowledge and skills of students has been changed.
