Abstract

Under the computerization of society understand the widespread implementation of complex measures aimed at ensuring the full and timely use of reliable information, referrals knowledge in all socially important kinds of human activity. The purpose of information is to improve the use of information and knowledge management, information needs of citizens, organizations and state and create preconditions for the transition state to an information society based on widespread use of information technology.
