Abstract

Information System "Research" (hereinafter IS "Research") was established to implement the tools and technology of documentary maintenance of research (the GDR), thus reducing unproductive labor and material costs by automating routine operations at all stages of the life cycle documents. IS "Research" provides document automation research through a corporate portal, located at planning.edu-ua.net. Software IP "Research" developed on the platform MS SharePoint. The system provides ease of operations and user-friendly interface for maximum comfort of the user, and the integration of MS SharePoint and Microsoft Office 2007 allows the user to organize documents IS "Research" in his usual office environment applications.
